Mt. Kanlaon also known as " Kanlaon Volcano"

 



Mt. Kanlaon is located in North- central portion of the Negros Island, Philippines. Behind this amazing mountain, there's a story of a couple Kang and Laon who were forced to be apart. They were supposedly captured and doomed to die in the wilderness. 

The first time we went here I was amazed at how beautiful the place is, you can feel the peace and lightness while looking at the Kanlaon volcano. At first, the volcano was not visible because it was covered by clouds but as time went on, it showed its beautiful form and I think that is the most unforgettable moment of my life.

The View of the City is really amazing, you can really appreciate this kind of scenery when you see it in person.

 Balaring is famous for its seafood, mangrove, sea views, and floating restaurants. Whenever there is a family gathering, we always eat at the balaring because you will never get bored of the food they serve. When my friend and I want some alone time, balaring is where we go and there we will talk about life while eating oysters.  For me, balaring is also a place where you can find your peace because of the beautiful scenery of sunset and a good place to unwind.
